How to Consume :  One should add 1/2 to 1 tsp to each meal.

For removing impurities :

How to Consume : Melt 1 tsp of ghee in warm water every morning and consume on an empty stomach after awakening. 

For constipation :

In case of constipation issues, melt 1 tsp of ghee in lukewarm water and mix in 1 tsp of Triphala Churna.  Warm for 2-3 minutes and stir well before consuming. Consume every night before bed.
