What is Desi Cow Ghee?

Desi Cow Ghee is prepared by boiling butter churned from cream (traditionally made by churning dahi). Then skimming impurities from the outer surface. Next step is pouring and retaining the clear liquid fat while removing the solid residue that is settled at the bottom. The taste, quality and color depends on which type of the butter, source of the milk obtained used in the process and the duration of time spent in boiling.
